About:

The Latinx Hispanic Caribbean (LHC) Employee Resource Network (ERN) at Dartmouth is here to foster a supportive community for faculty, staff, graduate students, and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center employees who identify with or support Latinx, Hispanic, and Caribbean identities. We’re all about building connections, strengthening representation, and supporting professional growth and retention.

If you’re a Dartmouth or Dartmouth-Hitchcock employee, or a grad student interested in joining our email list, email us at lhc@dartmouth.edu with “Subscribe” in the subject line. Please include your full name and connection to Dartmouth or DHMC.

Our Mission

The LHC ERN, supported by the Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity (IDE), is a space for Latinx, Hispanic, and Caribbean members to connect, build community, and feel at home in the Upper Valley. Open to all staff, faculty, and fellows, we provide social, professional, and personal support to foster recruitment, engagement, and advancement.

Driven by community voices, the LHC ERN also welcomes allies to help create an inclusive environment for all Latinx Hispanic Caribbean individuals.

Note: Latinx is a gender-inclusive term. Latinx, Hispanic, and Caribbean broadly include all self-identified members.
